EEMB Return Policy
Once the order is confirmed and the order is irrevocable 72 hours after confirmation, which means order cannot be cancelled 72 hours after order confirmation.
Within 30 days after customer receives the goods, customer shall carry out quality inspection. If any batteries failure found during this inspection due to EEMB's manufacturing defects after confirmation by both parties, EEMB can provide replenishment of such defected products with the same specifications or refund to the customer.
