FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q: Do I need to provide a photo of the packaging clearly showing the word "RECALL"?

A:Yes. This is a CPSC requirement for all refund claims. Please include a clear photo of the white pouch (with "EEMB" printed on the upper left corner) that shows the word "RECALL" written on or next to it. This helps verify that the product is part of the recalled batch.

Q: Can I get a refund while keeping the battery?

A:No. According to the mandatory requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Commission for this recall, the battery must be discontinued and properly disposed of in order to receive a refund.

Q: My purchase was a long time ago. Can I still request a refund?

A:Yes. All purchases made between August 2023 and April 2026 are eligible, regardless of how long ago you bought the product.

Q: Do I need to ship the batteries back to EEMB or Amazon?

A:No. This recall requires consumers to properly handle batteries locally and provide evidence. No need to return.

Q: How will I receive my refund?

A:After your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Amazon’s recall refund system. Processing takes approximately 7 business days.
